Overall Management of the event including Operations, Celebrity and Artist Liaison, Charity Management, Sales, Design and Print Management, Marketing, Budget Control, PR, Production, delegating roles to freelance Event Managers and Suppliers, Hotel management, Transport logistics and chartering of yachts.

Andy Judson also works with its middle east partners in chartering yachts and purchasing other F1 hospitality packages e.g. Paddock Club, Suites, Pit Lane and access to exclusive parties. Includes client liaison, logistics, budget control, 3rd party suppliers and entertainment.
