Signature Systems Europe retained the services of Andy Judson on a 12 month contract to provide lead project management for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics games. Project Managed a multi million pound event overlay contract for a large number of venues including the Olympic Stadium and over 20 other venues across the UK. This was a versatile role incorporating Client Management, Logistics, Scheduling, Team Management, Site Management, Health & Safety, Sustainability,Stock Management and the overall deployment of over 2million square feet of Trackway.
